
Management Richard A. Moore
Dick Moore is Chairman of the Board of
Gaylord Brooks Realty Co., Inc. (GBRC) and President of Gaylord Brooks Investment Co.,
Inc. (GBIC). He has been associated with the company for over 35 years and is responsible
for building Gaylord Brooks Realty Company into the company it is today. Dick remains
involved in every project developed by Gaylord Brooks.
Stephen
R. Smith
Steve Smith is our President and is responsible for the land development operations of the
company. He has been with us for over 19 years and has personally overseen the development
of more than 45 projects. He is extensively involved in the industry, serving on the board
of the local Home Builders Association, as well as serving on the Board of Supervisors for
the Baltimore County Soil Conservation District, and the Upper Western Shore Tributary
Team. He is a licensed real estate agent.

A. DiBerardo
Rick DiBerardo is our Vice-President / Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for
raising equity and obtaining financing for all of the real estate ventures. He has been
with the company for over 14 years and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a
licensed real estate agent.
Thomas
R. Moore
Tom Moore is our Vice President of Marketing and Sales and his title is synonymous with
his duties. Tom is also the Vice President of Gaylord Brooks Investment Co., Inc. In
addition, he holds a Masters degree in real estate development and is a licensed
real estate agent. He has been with GBRC for over 10 years.

Lindsay Hargrave 
A new member of the Gaylord
Brooks family, Lindsay brings with him lots of
experience in residential sales. Lindsay area of expertise covers a
large geographic area and many markets within the Baltimore area. So
whether you are in the market for an estate property in Sparks, a
split-level in Timonium, a condo in Canton or a house on North Point,
chances are Lindsay has sold something there already. In addition to
his Realtor status, Lindsay is a certified appraiser.
Jerry & Marie Isola
Jerry has been a consistent top-dollar producer for over 30 years specializing in the sale
of subdivision lots, acreage, farms and estate properties in both Baltimore and Harford
Counties. With 26 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry, his wife,
Marie, serves as personal assistant to Jerry to assure a smooth transition from
"contract" to "settlement".

Miller
Ed Miller is an experienced real estate professional with a thorough knowledge of
developing and building on residential lots. In his own words, Ed offers 41 years of
experience in "peddling dirt". We believe that his wisdom and work ethic
represent the core values of our company.

Miller
Amy is working with her dad, Ed, to
build her fundamentals
of land sales and the residential market. She has already connected a number of families
with sites for their dream homes.
John (Tripp) Winter
Tripp
has over 18 years of real estate experience which includes the sale of undeveloped land,
farms, estate and residential property. Tripp is one of the industrys most
productive agents in land sales.
Our agents are members in good standing of the
National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the Greater
Baltimore Board of Realtors.

Helen Marshall
A Certified Public Accountant,
Helen is new to our GBRC family. She handles accounting functions from bookkeeping to financial
statements and tax returns as well as being a "Jack of all trades" and assisting
wherever she is needed.
Reatha Burk
For over
20 years,
Reatha has been serving our clients and us well. She is the cornerstone for our
administrative needs; processing sales contracts, handling escrow accounts and generally
overseeing the day to day operations of the office. In addition, she is usually the first
one to greet any callers. |
